Classroom tools
When I was searching on the Internet, I found an website which makes learning become interesting. This website "create free educational games, quizzes, activities and diagrams in seconds."
This website contains 24 templates that are available for teachers to use in their own classrooms or classroom blogs. It is not only useful for teachers but also for students. Some students are visual and kinesthetic, and they can use some templates such as Venn diagrams and timelines to reinforce their learning.
Teachers can even create some games that would attract students' attention, and students can learn what they should learn by playing. It would be more attractive if students can play games in class, and they may not feel bored in class. I think this tool can be use from K1 to K12 or even college. There are many different templates and teachers or students can choose what is the most suitable for them. Users can make good use of the "sample files". There are many subjects and users can choose what subject they want and choose the template they want to use in order to find the example.

Wow! Really interesting site! I could see many teachers using the tools that are provided here. Some would work very nicely on a interactive whiteboard as well. Haven't seen this one before - thanks!
回覆刪除I like how you can imbed games into a class website. I've seen a lot of education game sites which do broad literacy strategies (identify nouns, finding definitions), but with this you could create a weekly game which actually refers to class content, and not just general content. Cool site!
回覆刪除Great find, Irene! I have never seen this web 2.0 tool before. I really like how the teacher can create games, quizzes, activities, and diagrams and tailor those to their classroom. Often times, teachers have to try to fit an already created game to their educational needs, but this website allows teachers to make a perfect fit for their educational needs! This also provides another great resource for a classroom blog, as you mention! :) Thanks for showing it to us!
